Salary/Pay and Grade Pay –  For senior supervisor (work from home) post, the payable salary will be Rs 32,400 and for product manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,500 per month approximately. Responsibilities of Supervisor– 

  • Responsible for day-to-day supervision of a group of PSC representatives and specialists including performance and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements
  • Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved at a minimum weekly
  • Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment
  • Ensure service delivered to our SOP meets 
  • Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated employee calls and escalated cases
  • Conduct team meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information
  • Should be able to perform the designated activities with high degree of ownership to support business and employees

Responsibilities for Chat Support Advisor – 

  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual key performance indicator
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns 
  • Greet customers in courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client basic and procedures
  • Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Track, document and retrieve information in chat/ call tracking database
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff.
