Responsibilities of Supervisor–
- Responsible for day-to-day supervision of a group of PSC representatives and specialists including performance and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements
- Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved at a minimum weekly
- Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment
- Ensure service delivered to our SOP meets
- Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated employee calls and escalated cases
- Conduct team meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information
- Should be able to perform the designated activities with high degree of ownership to support business and employees
Responsibilities for Chat Support Advisor –
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual key performance indicator
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
- Greet customers in courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
- Maintain basic knowledge of client basic and procedures
- Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Track, document and retrieve information in chat/ call tracking database
- Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff.
