Your role is crucial in supporting Tide’s growth by offering continuous help, every day of the year.
Your Job Description & Role:-
- You’re great at noticing patterns and suggesting improvements for the product or member experience.
- You manage different tasks to make sure members get excellent support (level 2), where time matters, and knowing a lot about the product is crucial.
- Keeping updated on general topics for level 1 support and staying informed about all level 2 Credit products.
- Checking if members qualify for our credit products and using good communication skills to guide them on what they can apply for.
- Looking at data and helping with reports to see how well our products and services are doing.
- Sharing your values with new team members, supporting them with your knowledge, and helping out with regular tasks behind the scenes.
Your Educational Qualification:-
- You’re good at talking and writing in English.
- You know your way around tools like Kustomer, GSuite, and Jira.
- Helping customers with their accounts is something you’re comfortable doing.
- You like coming up with new ideas to solve tricky problems.
- You always notice if problems are happening often and find new ways to fix them.
- You’re super organized.
- You’ve worked in customer service for finance before.
- You’ve been part of startup experiences.
