Upkeep Job Role and Responsibilities
Coordinate fun events and activities for employees, both in-person and remotely.
Improve UpKeep’s remote work environment by creating initiatives that bring the team together, especially through activities in Slack.
Handle the budget for cultural and other activities, making sure expenses are tracked correctly and stay within policy.
Take charge of the Company Intranet, keeping it updated with useful information and involving each department in its accuracy.
Oversee the distribution of rewards from our recognition platform, including ordering company swag.
Keep the Intranet and other online resources in good shape.
