Responsibilities of Flight Support –
- Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice-based phone service
- Support customers across telecommunication/ email and chat
- Meet customer requirements through first-contact resolution
- Clarify customer requirements
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
- Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed
- Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer files.
Responsibilities of Ticketing Executive –
- PNR creation, issuance, re-issuance, changes/ cancellation, rescheduling
- Coordinating with airlines and customers over the phone and emails
- Responsible for revenue generation for the company.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay – For flight support (chat process) posts, the payable salary will be Rs 22,450, and for ticketing executive posts, the payable salary will be Rs 25,000 – 35,000 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
Age – For this recruitment, the candidate’s age must be at least 18 years. There is no upper age limit mentioned for this recruitment.
