Yhangry Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Joining the customer support team to provide top-notch support to customers, aiming for a perfect 10 out of 10.
- Handling emails, calls, and WhatsApp messages from customers.
- Identifying and solving problems and glitches.
- Resolving conflicts in a way that leaves both customers and chefs satisfied.
- Checking that all bookings are going well.
- Answering questions, assisting with the online portal, and ensuring chefs are set up for success.
- Ensuring a smooth transition of bookings to new chefs.
- Providing feedback from customer/chef interactions to help make the product better.
Knowledge and Skill They Required
- Energetic go-getter, skilled at tackling obstacles and getting things done.
- Good at English, as you’ll be talking to customers and chefs.
- Ready to dive into tough and stressful situations without hesitation.
- Assured problem-solver, quickly figuring out problems and suggesting solutions.
- Skilled at working with numbers (excel) to find and fix issues efficiently.
- Enjoys a quick-paced setting, staying calm, especially during crises.

What is the Selection Process?
The picking process is entirely based on picking out candidates. If someone is picked, they’ll have to go through a test and then do a virtual or face-to-face interview. If they pass these steps, the company will send them a letter saying they can join, and it’ll go to the email that they registered with.
