Roles and Responsibilities
- Keep track of client requests and make sure they’re directed to the right place.
- Answer client questions about job duties directly.
- Move ongoing requests along within set deadlines to ensure responses from customers or internal sources.
- Proactively handle and take responsibility for tickets.
- Identify common operational issues and help customers solve them.
- Find areas where changes could reduce ticket numbers and improve management.
- Follow established protocols for support queries and escalations.
- Coordinate between Rackspace and Customer Support teams to meet deadlines.
- Adhere to company security policies and procedures.
- Use contacts and business skills to see tickets through.
- Key performance measures include completed ticket workload, customer satisfaction based on NPS Ticket score, and accuracy metrics.
- Aim for an 80% Net Promoter Score as a benchmark.
- Ensure engagement with every customer in the base.
- Manage workload and tickets efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft products like Word and Excel.
- Think clearly, assess situations, and take the right actions to fix issues.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Help and support clients.
- Solve problems and make decisions.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
- Fluent in both the local language and English.
