- Connect with colleges in your area, talking to deans and others to showcase NIIT’s value.
- Organize sessions for students in these colleges, introducing them to NIIT’s career programs.
- Guide potential learners (final year students, unemployed graduates) in planning their careers with NIIT.
- Highlight the unique and effective aspects of NIIT’s online learning model.
- Handle the entire sales process for assigned leads, from calls to closing deals and post-sales management.
- Keep a detailed record of all interactions with leads on the CRM system.
Expected Knowledge and Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
- Looking for dedicated and determined individuals who work hard.
- Experience in EdTech or field sales is a plus.
- Successful sales performers with a proven track record are welcome.
