Payment Operation Analyst Responsibilities
- In charge of managing daily business tasks related to merchant and third-party payouts.
- Keep an eye on transaction success rates, collaborating with various teams to find gaps and enhance performance.
- Take ownership of resolving pending or failed transactions by coordinating with merchants, finance, tech, and partner bank teams.
- Responsible for generating business and ad-hoc reports when needed.
- Collaborate with the finance team to oversee reconciliations, and payables, and make necessary corrections.
Knowledge and Skills Required for this Post
- Have excellent written and verbal communication
- Have good learnability
- Be an active listener and deal well with objection
- Have strong customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different scenarios
- Be a team player, flexible and open to feedback
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Should be able to speak in English and Hindi.
