Job Role:- Research Intern/ Service Desk Associate
Job Location:- Hybrid
Qualification:- Graduates Only in any stream
Salary:- 21,600 – 33,300 Rs
Responsibilities for Service Desk Associate –
- Provide Level 1 support for all in-scope services
- Act as a single point of contact for all user requests and resolve issues on the first call or route to the appropriate resolving support group
- Perform active case management and be accountable for end-to-end delivery of requests
- Develop, establish, and maintain call prioritization guidelines and escalation procedures
- Provide a system status recording with status information such as major incidents and estimated recovery time
- Ensure all the specified SLAs are met by the customer agreement
- Maintain and drive the call quality keeping customer satisfaction a priority
- Escalate customer concerns on a timely basis and follow up on closure
- Follow the quality parameters as specified by the quality protocol and process to be followed.
Responsibilities of Research Intern –
- Define research problems and design solutions for them
- Develop prototype solutions by applying industry-scale data
- Publish research papers in top-tier conferences and journals
- Perform a literate survey and identify opportunities and challenges
- Execute proofs of concept
- Contribute to the development of tools and products
- Learn about emerging trends and technologies in industrial research
- Define the challenges involved in applied research
- Articulate research problems and systematically design solutions.
Selection Method
For the research intern position, the salary is Rs 21,600, and for the service desk associate position, the salary is approximately Rs 29,160 – 33,300 per month. You can find more details about the salary in the notification.
