Salary:- 25,000 – 40,000/- Max

Responsibilities of Technical Chat Support
- Manage incoming calls and emails related to reported issues and offer support.
- Assist IBM customers through call and chat support services.
- Generate tickets/cases using the tool and forward them to the technical team for resolution.
- Alert technicians promptly to ensure timely customer service.
- Meet targets, including customer satisfaction scores.
- Handle escalations and act as shift lead on weekends in the absence of designated supervisors.
- Oversee the support mailbox to ensure timely responses to all customer emails within defined timeframes.
Responsibilities of Process Associate
- Assisting business banking clients with various product and service needs.
- Ensuring excellent customer outcomes and internal control by verifying KYC information and making necessary updates to maintain updated and policy-compliant information.
- Collaborating with the quality team and incorporating feedback to ensure all completed tasks align with defined processes.
Knowledge and Skills Required –
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Good in typing
- Goo listening capabilities
- Troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated to achieve high results
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Selection Method
